Wild Swim Podcast is a collection of tales of swimming in lidos, lakes, rivers and the sea. From writer Tamsin Calidas speaking of daily sea swimming helping her adjust to life on a remote Scottish island, to adventurer Matt Williams, who swam across the Lake District last year, and marathon swimmer Shannon Keegan in search of a mythical creature. Host Jade Hanley also shares her own experiences of swimming from the Golden Gate Bridge to Alcatraz, and training for and taking part in the Dart 10k.
